Erika Jacobi is the founder and managing director of LC GLOBAL®, a dynamic consulting firm with offices in NYC and Munich, Germany. Erika specializes in adaptive organization design that drives desired behavior and results. In the last 15+ years, she has facilitated co-creative, large scale organizational, change and innovation initiatives for companies in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. Her clients include companies ranging from Fortune 50 to SMEs, non-profits, and members of the United Nations. Erika holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Change and Development and an M.A. in Human and Organizational Behavior. Her research focuses on identity dynamics in successful organizations.
